Cancellation Policy & Fee Increases

All cancellation requests must be received in writing and sent to Katie Harley at kharley@ulct.org. Attendee substitutions are permitted and will not result in a cancellation fee.

To help incur costs for the conference, the following fees will apply:

  • Registration fees will increase $70 after March 19, 2025
  • $10 cancellation fee will apply if cancelled by March 19, 2025
  • Cancellation fee will increase to 50% after March 19, 2025
  • Cancellations become non-refundable after April 9, 2025
  • Cancellations of guest tickets and extra meal tickets made prior to April 9, 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations of guest tickets and extra meal tickets made after April 9, 2025 will be non-refundable.
