LAA: Utah Privacy Act – Resources to help your municipality become compliant

The State of Utah requires each municipality in Utah to comply with the Utah State privacy act by May 25, 2025. Christopher Bramwell, the director of the Utah State Privacy program and Shane Paul, of the Utah State Privacy Office, will help us understand the Utah State Privacy Act and explain how each municipality can come into compliance.
