List requests and submitting information for ULCT promotional consideration
List Sharing
ULCT maintains a database of its members to promote information and opportunities and to communicate directly with League members. ULCT data lists are considered proprietary and are not shared outside our organization.
ULCT will consider sharing segments of our list to League partners, ULCT conference exhibitors, and members of our organization on an individual basis if there is a direct benefit to League members, it does not conflict with our events/mission, and subject to approval of executive director.
Requests for ULCT Promotional Consideration
Submitting promotional information about outside training, grants, and other opportunities through ULCT
ULCT will consider promoting outside information to League members if the following factors exist:
- The event or opportunity directly benefits League member cities and towns
- The event or opportunity is offered by a ULCT partnering organization and/or sponsor
- The event or opportunity is offered at a reduced cost or no-cost to local government leaders
- The event or opportunity does not conflict with ULCT training or services
If the promotional request meets League approval, submissions must come in the following format:
- If available, submit one small, simple graphic (which may or may not be used).
- Submit a headline and a simple 2-3 sentence paragraph description of training, event, or opportunity.
- Submit a link regarding the event or opportunity that will provide further detailed information and registration.
Additional details, graphics, or links regarding item to be promoted will be considered but are not required.
It is the prerogative of ULCT staff to publicize information in the manner it sees fit.
